Order consignment

This guide explains how to consign a product with Authentified from an order using the Order details page in your Shopify Admin.

Consigning Products from the Order details Page

Products can be consigned directly from the Order details page. The steps below outline how to complete the process.

Step 1: Find the Order

Navigate to the Order details page of the order with the product you would like to consign.

Step 2: Access the Consign With Authentified Action

On the Order details page, within the More actions dropdown menu, select the Consign with Authentified option.

Step 3: View Item Details

In the modal you can view the items in the order along with their consignment statuses.

Step 4: Select an Item to Consign

Select an item from the order that you want to consign.

Step 5: Create a Listing

Review the item details and click Create listing to create a listing for the selected item.

Step 6: Continue the Process in the Authentified App

Once the listing is created, the consignment process can be continued in the app interface.
